Our call centre is manned by highly trained staff and each client is assigned dedicated call centre staff and warehousing resources. Using the latest telephone technology we can route calls to our call centre and from there your dedicated call centre staff will process the order and warehousing will pick and pack it and dispatch it for delivery. We can then provide you the client complete tracking process from order to shipping. Our fulfilment department can offer both coupon redemption and a data recording service. We also have a returns processing unit for defective or damaged goods. At present we manage all elements of the pick and pack nationwide contract for both the Eircom phone book and the Golden Pages. |
